Tickets are sold online in advance only, not on the day.

Tickets can’t be refunded if you change your mind, but you can transfer yours to someone else free of charge, using the link in your order email or by emailing tickets@ecommercescotland.com. If we cancel the event, you’ll get a full refund. If we move or reschedule it, your ticket stays valid, or you can have a full refund instead.

A ticket doesn’t include atrium stands, panel seats, bag drops, flyers or sponsorship. See sponsorship opportunities.
