Charlie Marchant is the CEO of Exposure Ninja, a digital marketing agency specialising in SEO and AI Search. In 2025, the agency won 12 industry awards for outstanding, results- driven campaigns. That same year, Exposure Ninja was awarded Best SEO Agency (Silver) and named The UK’s Most Innovative SEO & AI Search Agency, recognising its work running campaigns that “redefine SEO” (Global Search Awards judge).

Charlie leads a high-performing team focused on one thing: delivering exceptional, measurable results for clients. The team combines deep technical expertise with creative strategy to drive profitable business growth through organic search and paid media. With over a decade of experience in search marketing, Charlie began her career in film marketing before moving into content marketing and digital PR. She joined Exposure Ninja in 2014 and progressed through the business to become CEO in 2023, following a successful tenure as COO where she played a key role in scaling the agency’s revenue and profitability.

A sought-after international speaker, Charlie has spoken at events including MozCon, BrightonSEO, and leading conferences worldwide. Her talks, webinars, and panels focus on AI search, the future of SEO, and how businesses can compete and win as search continues to evolve. Known for her practical, no-fluff approach, Charlie uses real-world examples to show what’s changing, why it matters, and how to turn insight into action.

Under her leadership, Exposure Ninja achieved B Corp certification, reinforcing its commitment to ethical, performance-led growth, and launched the Ninja Digital Marketing Mentoring Programme to support aspiring digital marketers from less privileged backgrounds, helping to create more accessible routes into the industry.

Charlie is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, equal education, and better business practices. She believes mentoring is one of the most direct and meaningful ways to create long-term impact and volunteers as a mentor for both the University of Exeter and Exposure Ninja, supporting the next generation of marketing and business leaders.
